`tor-config`: Tools for configuration management in Arti
## Overview
This crate is part of
[Arti](https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/arti/), a project to
implement [Tor](https://www.torproject.org/) in Rust.
It provides low-level types for handling configuration values.
