`tor-dirclient` uses `tor-proto` in its public API, and its `tor-proto`
version was bumped from 0.12.1 -> 0.16.1.

`tor-ptmgr` uses `tor-config` in its public API, and `tor-config` had
its minor version bumped.

`tor-congestion` uses `tor_netdir::params::NetParameters` in its public
API, `tor-netdir` has just had a patchlevel bump.

We bumped the minor version of `tor_checkable`, which is used in the
`tor-cell` public APIs (e.g. `Ed25519Cert` implements
`tor_checkable::Timebound`, using `tor_checkable::TimeValidityError`
as its error type).
This bumps the minor version of `tor-cert` (including for its
dependents).

tor-hscrypto depends on tor-units, whose patchlevel was bumped.
This bumps patchlevel for tor-hscrypto without updating its dependents.

APIs were broken in these pre-1.0.0 crates:
```
tor-keymgr
tor-config
tor-checkable
tor-circmgr
tor-dirmgr
tor-hsclient
tor-hsservice
tor-hsrproxy
```
Done with:
```
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-keymgr
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-config
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-checkable
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-circmgr
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-dirmgr
cargo set-version --bump minor -p tor-hsclient
APIs were added:
```
tor-units
tor-cell
tor-proto
tor-netdir
arti-client
```
Done with:
```
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-units
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-cell
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-proto
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-netdir
cargo set-version --bump patch -p arti-client

Functional changes were made, but no APIs were added or broken:
```
tor-events (async_broadcast 0.6.0 -> 0.7.0)
tor-netdoc (signature 1 -> 2)
tor-guardmgr
arti-testing (config 0.13.4 -> 0.14.0)
tor-persist (breaking changes gated behind experimental feature)
fslock-guard (fix lockfile_has_path compilation on Windows)
```
Done with:
```
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-events
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-netdoc
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-guardmgr
cargo set-version --bump patch -p arti-testing
cargo set-version --bump patch -p tor-persist
cargo set-version --bump patch -p fslock-guard
```

This includes:
```
fs-mistrust
tor-linkspec
tor-chanmgr
```
Done with
```
./maint/bump_nodep fs-mistrust tor-linkspec tor-chanmgr
Fix rust-analyzer problems seen with default features on Windows
Do not complain on non-unix systems that variable client is not used.
It is only accessed within the function on unix systems.
|
| | |
| |
| |
| |
| | |
The PermissionsExt::from_mode function is not available on Windows and
disabled in all other places of the file. Do so here as well.
|
| | |
| |
| |
| | |
The RpcConfig struct is only used if feature rpc is selected.
|
| | |
| |
| |
| |
| | |
The local name binding for tor_config::define_list_builder_accessors is
only needed if feature onion-service-service is selected.
Fix two Windows tests
See merge request tpo/core/arti!2015
|
| | | |
| | |
| | |
| | |
| | | |
Windows has a 100-nanosecond precision, so avoid test failure due to a
known system limitation.
|
| | |/
| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| | |
The test fails on Windows systems for two reasons:
- File separator \ is printed in error message instead of expected /
- Temporary files are located within home directory, which is anonymized
Test failure can be provoked on Linux as well by setting TMPDIR to point
to a directory within HOME.
Cast argument to GetFileInformationByHandle, because types do not match.
Output is: expected `winapi::ctypes::c_void`, found `std::ffi::c_void`
keystore: Fix slugs creations on Windows
See merge request tpo/core/arti!2012
|
| | |/
| |
| |
| |
| |
| |
| | |
The slugs used for ArtiPath must be separated by slashes, which Windows
systems wouldn't do properly because paths are separated by backslashes.
Implement a platform-independent way of slug creation.
This is a temporary workaround for #1307:
In `libc`, struct sigaction doesn't seem to have
the same fields on all the unix platforms.
`tor_circmgr::Error::Protocol` will soon include an optional `UniqId`.
Since `Protocol` errors can be caused by pending circuits, we need to be
able to peek at their `UniqId`.
Some of the `tor_circmgr::Error` variants will include the `UniqId` of the
corresponding circuit, so we'll need to be able to display it without the
`Circ ` prefix.
