Run maint/add_warning

First, run
```
git grep -l "^edition =" |
xargs perl -i -pe 's/^edition *=.*/edition = "2024"/;'
```
Second, manually verify that all Cargo.toml files have changed,
and nothing else has changed.
Third, run cargo fmt again.

This method has always been deprecated, so it's not a big deal to
remove. It can be replaced with the corresponding iterators's `Default`
implementation.

This warning shows up when running `cargo +nightly doc`.
Apparently nightly doesn't like it when we have elided a lifetime
that has a perfectly good name.

Like `ByRelayIds`, but allows multiple items per relay ID.

This panics on error, and we're fine with a panic on misbehavior in
tests.

This is precisely the result of running the rune in
maint/adhoc-add-lint-blocks.

These are the ones that turned out to be necessary while converting
guard samples to use ByRelayIds.

We need a function to remove an entry if it appears with _exactly_
the same relay Ids, but not otherwise. This method will do that.

Also, add a few tests for this and the other accessors.
We'll need this accessor to find whether we have any channels to
_any_ of the identities that we're trying to connect to.

This is based on the type generated with n_key_set, with a
couple of extra methods to take advantage of RelayId and RelayIdRef.

This makes lookups a little more efficient. I do with that HashSet
just supported this use-case, but for now this seems our best option.
