This type exists just to server as a wrapper over the `RawEntryId` of an unrecognized keystore entry, and the `KeystoreId` of the keystore it was found in. This commit folds `RawKeystoreEntry` into `UnrecognizedEntry`, which was previously a thin wrapper over `RawKeystoreEntry`.
